This device, released in October of 2019, is an 8-inch tablet with an anti-glare display and a protective cover. Its battery life is outstanding, lasting up to 7 weeks, and comes with 8GB of storage and expandable up to 32GB. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and is compatible with Google Play.
During his stay in Cairo, Stefan tested the Nook GlowLight Plus in various locations, including direct sunlight, shade, and both indoor and outdoor environments. The anti-glare display worked great in the bright sunlight, making reading comfortable and easy. The battery lasted for a full week despite heavy usage. Not only that, but Stefan tested the device’s ability to handle graphics and gaming, and it ran smoothly and quickly, with no lag or stuttering.
While the Nook GlowLight Plus has some fantastic features such as its lightweight nature, impressive battery life, and compatibility with Google Play, there were some drawbacks. The 8GB of storage was limited, and Stefan wished for more storage options. Additionally, the device was not compatible with Apple products, such as iPhones and iPads.
