Pipo X8 Pro Review: Testing the Tablet in Mumbai, India
As a professional photographer and tech geek, I was thrilled to get my hands on the Pipo X8 Pro tablet. I’ve been wanting to try this device since it came out, so when I had the chance to take a vacation to Mumbai, India, I decided to bring it with me and test it out.
Throughout the day, I put the device through its paces, evaluating how well it performed in different scenarios. Here’s what I found:

The first thing I noticed when I got the Pipo X8 Pro out of the box was the 8-inch display. The resolution was fantastic, and the colors were vibrant. I had no trouble seeing the screen in bright sunlight, something I definitely appreciated while exploring the city.
Next, I tested the performance of the device. I found that the quad-core Intel Atom x7-Z8750 processor and 4GB of RAM offered plenty of power for multitasking and running apps. Apps opened quickly and ran smoothly, and I had no issues with lag or stuttering.
The cameras on the Pipo X8 Pro weren’t anything special, but they got the job done. I was able to take some decent photos with the 5MP rear camera, and the 2MP front camera was fine for video chats.
The 8,000 mAh battery was impressive, lasting me through a full day of sightseeing without needing to be recharged. It was nice to have the freedom to explore without having to worry about finding an outlet.
