If you have a PC running Windows 11 in S mode and want to switch to either Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro, follow these steps: 1) Open Settings, click on Update & Security, and select Activation. 2) In the Switch to Windows 11 Home or Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, click Go to the Store (be careful not to click the “Go to the Store” link in the “Upgrade your edition of Windows” section). 3) On the Switch out of S mode page in the Microsoft Store, click the Get button and then follow the confirmation prompts. Once complete, you’ll be able to download and install apps from sources other than the Microsoft Store.
