The FIBARO YH-001 (1) Yubii Z-Wave 700 Smart Home hub is a white device that supports Z-Wave devices as well as many integrated complementary solutions. It works with the Yubii App, which is a free mobile app available for iOS and Android mobile devices. With this device, you can have remote access to your home from anywhere. It features encrypted software, system files & communication, and a FIBARO ID is required. Data is stored in the gateway, cloud, and local backup.

The FIBARO Yubii Home app allows you to control many aspects of your smart home, including:

Lighting

You can turn the lights on/off or dim them directly from the Yubii Home app or hands-free with your favorite smart speakers. The FIBARO Yubii Home is compatible with most popular Z-Wave 700 switches and dimmers such as FIBARO Single/Double Switch, FIBARO Dimmer 2, Zooz, Inovelli, GE and more.

Climate control

You can set your favorite temperature without even moving from the sofa! With FIBARO, you can even control the temperature of your apartment remotely to save your money and the planet! FIBARO Yubii Home works perfectly with major Z-Wave compatible thermostats such as FIBARO Heat Controller or MCO Home.

Blinds and shutters

You can roll up the blinds to let the sunshine in! It’s just one tap, click, or just a few words and the morning comes in!

Safety & Security

The FIBARO Yubii Home app notifies you whenever a life-threatening incident happens! Regardless of whether it’s intrusion, fire, or water leakage, with FIBARO, you are all covered! Use FIBARO Flood Sensor, Motion Sensor or Door/Window Sensor for the best possible protection.

Locks

The FIBARO Yubii Home app works with any compatible Z-Wave smart lock and allows you to get your access control to a new level.

Smart Garden

With the FIBARO Yubii Home app, you can activate your irrigation system via your phone or smart speakers. You can also set up schedules quickly and easily and let FIBARO Yubii Home take care of watering your garden fully automatically. This feature requires compatible products such as FIBARO Single Switch or other integrated sprinkler systems.
