How to Switch S Mode to Windows 11

1. Open Settings → Update & Security → Activation on your Windows 11 PC running in S mode.

2. In the “Switch to Windows 11 Home” or “Switch to Windows 11 Pro” section, click “Go to the Store” (Be careful not to click the link that appears under the “Upgrade your edition of Windows” section if it is present.)

3. On the page that is “Switch out of S mode” or similar), select “Get.” After you see the confirmation message on the page, you will be able to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store.
