Using two Ethernet ports simultaneously, the HUMAX HGD310 can maximize data speed up to 2Gbps with its ‘Link Aggregation’ feature. However, note that to use this feature, your internet plan should be over 2Gbps, and the PC or router you want to connect must also support it.

This cable modem features 32 Downstream x 8 Upstream for DOCSIS 3.0 channel bonding and 2 Downstream x 2 Upstream for DOCSIS 3.1 channel bonding. Keep in mind that the HGD310 is not compatible with DSL or Fiber internet service providers like AT&T, Verizon, and Century Link.

Please confirm your Internet service plan and packages with your provider before connecting additional devices to the second Ethernet port. You’ll need two IP addresses to use both ports simultaneously, and if you have one IP address, you should use only one port.
