The tailpiece for the deadbolt must be positioned vertically. Please check it before you proceed.

The button of the deadbolt back cover doesn’t turn properly.

Please check the entry switch of the back deadbolt and move the button to the correct side of “L”/”R” door. Keep the button on the Horizontal (left) or Vertical (right) side.

The door doesn’t unlock with the code.

The programmed code is not the user code, and it cannot be used to unlock. We recommend that you restore factory settings and follow the setup steps once again.
