The Minisopuru Displaylink Docking Station has 2 DisplayPort, 2 HDMI, 2 USB A 3.2 Gen1(only data), 1x USB C 3.2 Gen1(only data), 2x USB 2.0(data and charging), 1 x USB-C PD charging port, 1 x 3.5mm headphone/mic jack, 1x Gigabit Ethernet, 1 x 36W DC power adapter and 1 x USB-C To Host port. You can connect three monitors at 4K 60Hz using the HDMI and DisplayPort ports (display 3) for MacBook Pro docking station. It supports dual different displays with DP, or HDMI (Display3) reaching 4K@60HZ for USB A laptop docking station. This docking station is compatible with Windows, Chrome OS, Ubuntu, and Android.

The laptop docking station provides two USB A 2.0 ports, and two 5Gbps USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports and a 5Gbps USB-C 3.2 Gen1 port that supports data transfer. It also offers 7.5W power to charge your phone or other devices. The USB-C PD port (Max 100W) of the laptop dock can be used to charge your laptop. You can transfer 1GB of files in seconds using the ports of this laptop docking station.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1 : MacOS cannot detect the displaylink dock, how to solve it?
A1: If you cannot detect the dock after updating to macOS, please follow these steps: Privacy & Security > Screen Recording > Allow “Displaylink manager” to connect. If not solved, please contact Minisopuru.

Q2 : Why can’t I charge my mobile phones?
A2: Please use the USB2.0 port to connect your mobile phone to charge. Please refer to the above video for the correct connection method. If still not working, please contact Minisopuru official.

Q3: Why doesn’t my HDMI(Display1) display?
A3: If you connect a laptop with a USB-C port, please make sure it is a full-featured USB-C port with data, video output, and charging functions(port); for example, Thunderbolt 3/4. HDMI1 will not work if you connect a laptop with a USB-A port.

Q4:Why doesn’t Netflix work? I have a 2020 MacBook Air M1 and I’m using 2 LG 32″ 4k monitors.
A4: Please note: The DisplayLink dock cannot play HDCP content(eg: some Netflix and YouTube paid content). When playing HDCP content, the video may not be played, the screen may turn black, and problems.

Q5: Can the dock work with the laptop lid closed?
A5: We’re recommended to turn it on because the DisplayLink dock with the lid closed, or in sleep mode will automatically enter power-saving mode thereby black screen. Don’t worry, the laptop opens to the desktop and unplug & plug the dock to
