The subscription includes unlimited service calls or chats for a year and can be redeemed for up to 3 devices. Norton’s experts can help customers with virus removal, computer tune-up, software issues, network and hardware set-up, and much more.
Not only does the subscription cover IT troubleshooting, but it also includes Norton 360 Deluxe Antivirus Software. The software includes antivirus protection, Secure VPN, Password Manager, and more for up to 5 PCs, Macs, iOS or Android devices. Payment information is required to activate the 1-year pre-paid subscription, and the subscription auto-renews annually. Customers can cancel in their account anytime to avoid renewal.
Minimum System Requirements
To receive the Ultimate Help Desk service, customers need a high-speed internet connection, administrator-level access to the PC or Mac, Windows 10 (except Windows 10 in S mode and Windows running on ARM processor), 8, 7, Vista, XP SP3 or higher, Mac OS X 10.5 or later, Android OS version 6.x or later, and iOS version 7 or later. The minimum requirements are 800 MHz processor and 512MB of RAM
Not all features of Norton 360 Deluxe Antivirus Software are available on all platforms. PC Cloud Backup, Parental Controls, and PC SafeCam are not supported on Mac OS.

The services are subject to the License and Services Agreement found on the legal page on NortonLifeLock’s site. Norton’s ability to provide services is subject to their initial system test of the customer’s environment. If Norton determines that they are unable to provide services after the initial test, customers can refer to eligibility/benefits available at the Policy found on Norton’s site.
For Norton 360 Deluxe: Payment information is required to activate the 1-year pre-paid subscription, which will automatically renew after the first year. Customers will not be charged until the prepaid term ends. The introductory price is only for new subscriptions, and customers can cancel the automatic renewal by logging into their account. Coverage may include product, service, and/or protection updates and features that may be added, modified or removed, subject to the applicable License and Services Agreement found on NortonLifeLock’s site.
