π Usage Environment π
The outdoor WiFi extender has a wide working temperature range of -40β to 55β and storage temperature range of -40β to 70β. It also has a working humidity range of 10% to 90%RH non-condensing and a storage humidity range of 5% to 95%RH non-condensing.
π Important Information for Installation π
Before installation, keep in mind that the outdoor access point should be placed in an open and unobstructed position for long-range use. Interference from walls or other obstructions can reduce the signal. It is also recommended to set up the βAP Mode.β If you want to use the βRepeater Mode,β connect your routerβs 5G band before setup, then connect the APβs 2.4G band after setup is done. Installing the antenna is essential, and antennas with the power amplifier will enhance the signal usage range.
AC1200 Dual Band
The outdoor WiFi extender has a maximum speed of up to 2.4GHz 300Mbps and 5GHz 867Mbps. The dual bands are combined into a SSID, which automatically selects the band for you and provides a faster, more comprehensive, and stable outdoor wireless network.
PoE Powered
Combining power supply and Ethernet port into one unit, the WiFi extender can be installed in areas where power outlets are not available, such as walls, poles, trees, etc. It comes with an RJ-45 cable and supports only 24V 0.5A PoE adapter power supply.
Coverage Up to 10000sqft
Configured with two omnidirectional antennas, this outdoor access point can fully meet the demands of widely open areas such as backyards, squares, stadiums, scenic spots, parks, playgrounds, farms, etc., that require long-range wireless networking.
