POWERTEC 71733 Full Size Router Bit Guard Kit with Router Table Dust Port | 2.5” ID x 6.5” Dust Collection Adapter

The POWERTEC 71733 Router Bit Guard Kit is a safety device that attaches seamlessly to your router table fence to protect your fingers from spinning bits. The kit comes with everything you need to get started and can be easily mounted with the included t-bolts. The guard is vertically adjustable, providing project flexibility for router bit height, and offers excellent bit and bit opening coverage.

The dust port is built with a 1/8” thickness to withstand daily wear and tear associated with woodworking dust collection. When used in combination with a 2-1/2” OD 45 or 90 degree adapter, it can be connected to the flexible hose and used along with a drill press. The Guard Kit is made with POWERTEC’s exclusive Blue-Tint acrylic, while the Dust Port is made and molded with black ABS plastic. The Guard Kit dimensions are 4-15/16” long x 2-15/16” high, and the Dust Port dimensions are 6-1/2” length by 2-1/2” (ID 2.480”, OD 2.74”). The Dust Collection Port accommodates 2.5” OD dust port adapters and hose fittings.

Please note that this dust port has a 2-1/2” ID opening. To attach this product to a 2-1/2” ID hose, an adapter like POWERTEC 70182, 45 degree elbow, or POWERTEC 70178, 90 degree elbow will be required.
