The RunCam 5 4K FPV camera is perfect for capturing footage of FPV racing drones and other outdoor sports activities. Equipped with an electronic image stabilization (EIS) chip and a Sony IMX377 12MP high-performance image sensor, this camera provides smoother and higher quality videos. It comes with an upgraded CPU that offers ultra-low power consumption, allowing for up to 105 minutes of 4K recording time and up to 120 minutes of 1080p/60fps recording time. This is an improvement of over 30% compared to the previous model.

Designed specifically for FPV, this camera has a sturdy lens protection design, is small in size, and offers a wide 145° angle view. It is also versatile enough to function as a small action camera. It records video output at 4K/30fps, 2.7K/50fps, 1080P/120fps, and 60fps, and offers excellent WDR effect for high-definition images even with direct sunlight exposure.

The RunCam 5 Orange weighs only 56 grams, making it at least 18 grams lighter than other cameras of similar size. Its dimensions of 38x38x36mm enable it to match most existing 3D printed TPU mounts and brackets on the market. In addition, it is durable and can withstand falls from a height of 1.8 meters, making it ideal for outdoor sports activities.

You can set parameters such as resolution, saturation, and exposure through the RunCam app using QR codes. The camera supports microSD cards up to 128GB, and Samsung’s U3 card is recommended for optimal performance. Please make sure that the file format of the SD card is FAT32 to avoid any errors.
