May 30, 2023

As a professional photographer and tech enthusiast, I recently had the opportunity to test the Sharp Aquos Pad SH-06F on a day out in Mexico City. Here is my review of the tablet.

Fast Facts About the Sharp Aquos Pad SH-06F:

The Sharp Aquos Pad SH-06F is a lightweight tablet that runs on Android operating system. It boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 7-inch Full HD IGZO display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200, and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It has 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and an 8MP rear-facing camera with 2MP front-facing camera. It also has a microSD card slot to expand storage up to 128GB.

Pros and Cons:

The Sharp Aquos Pad SH-06F is a great option for those seeking a lightweight tablet with powerful features, making it excellent for multitasking, running games, and applications. The display is sharp and clear, with excellent protection from scratches and drops thanks to the Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The device has a decent battery life and is affordable.

However, the tablet’s RAM capacity is lower than expected, and as a result, it can occasionally stutter when running multiple applications or resource-intensive applications. Additionally, the 8MP camera is below average compared to other tablets in the same price range.
