LeapFrog LeapPad Explorer: Professional Photographer & Tech Geek Reviews
My name is Stefan Zimbade, and I am a professional photographer and tech geek. Recently, I had the chance to put the LeapFrog LeapPad Explorer to the test while on vacation in the beautiful San Francisco, United States. I spent my days exploring the city and testing the features and capabilities of this tablet. So, if you’re thinking of investing in a tablet and want to know what I thought of it, read on.
Fast Facts:
The LeapFrog LeapPad Explorer is a tablet designed for kids aged 4-9. It comes with a range of pre-loaded apps, games, e-books and videos. It also has a 5″ touchscreen and a built-in camera and video recorder. The tablet also comes with a stylus and a rechargeable battery.
Pros:
The LeapFrog LeapPad Explorer is a great tablet for kids. The pre-loaded apps are fun and engaging, and the e-books are a great way for kids to learn while they play. The tablet is also very durable and can withstand a lot of wear and tear. I was impressed by the 5″ touchscreen, which was very responsive and easy to use. The built-in camera and video recorder were also a nice addition.
Cons:
One of the downsides of the LeapFrog LeapPad Explorer is that the app store is quite limited. There are only a few hundred apps available and they can get a bit repetitive after a while. Also, although the battery is rechargeable, it does not last very long and needs to be plugged in after a few hours of use.
