Recently, I tested the Vizio Tablet VTAB1008-V in Dubrovnik, Croatia, as an experienced professional photographer and tech enthusiast. I spent one day exploring all of the tablet’s features and capabilities. Here is what I found:

The Vizio Tablet VTAB1008-V possesses an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 and runs on an Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system. It has an NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor and sports an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 1-megapixel front-facing camera.
Pros and Cons:
The best feature of the tablet is the great viewing experience produced by the 8-inch display. Plus, with a powerful processor, the tablet is fast and highly responsive. The 8-megapixel rear-facing camera also captures high-quality images and videos effortlessly.
However, the tablet’s battery life lasts for only 4-5 hours when used for video streaming and other intensive activities. Additionally, the tablet does not have a built-in 3G/4G connectivity option.
My Thoughts After Testing the Tablet in Dubrovnik, Croatia:
In my opinion, the Vizio Tablet VTAB1008-V is an excellent device for anyone in search of a portable and powerful tablet. The tablet’s 8-inch display was great for viewing my photos and videos in stunning quality while exploring Dubrovnik. The NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor also allowed me to quickly and easily switch between apps.
The 8-megapixel rear-facing camera was very effective at capturing high-quality images and videos. However, I was unhappy with the battery life, which lasted only 4-5 hours. Moreover, the lack of a 3G/4G connectivity option was a bit of a disappointment.

Dubrovnik, Croatia, is a stunning city filled with numerous historical sites and attractions such as the city walls, Old Town, and the cable car that takes you to the top of Mount Srd. Several fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafes also add to the experience.
In conclusion, the Vizio Tablet VTAB1008-V is an impressive device with standout features like the 8-inch display and the 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. Although the battery life could be better, the tablet performed well in all other categories.
